About This Platform
About This Platform
RxLumen Sentinel was built by a pharmacist and market access professional working within Global Public Affairs' Health and Life Sciences practice, with one purpose: to give HLS colleagues faster, more rigorous access to the pharmaceutical market access intelligence that informs their daily work.
Pharmaceutical market access is an information-dense discipline. The data that matters — regulatory timelines, health technology assessment outcomes, price negotiation status, global pricing signals, patent and exclusivity positions — exists in the public domain. What has historically been missing is not the data itself but the interpretive framework that connects it to a coherent strategic message. RxLumen Sentinel addresses that gap. The platform aggregates publicly available data across multiple sources and applies a proprietary methodology to synthesise it into the kind of actionable, payer-oriented intelligence that market access teams need before they enter a critical engagement.
Ownership, Independence, and Intellectual Property
This platform was conceived, designed, built, funded, and is maintained entirely by its creator outside the normal course of their employment with Global Public Affairs. The development investment — including the domain registration, server infrastructure, software licensing, and ongoing maintenance costs — has been made personally by the creator, not by GPA or any affiliated entity. The intellectual property embodied in this platform, including the interpretive methodology, the analytical framework, and all associated tools and agents, is the proprietary and exclusive property of its creator.
The proprietary element of this platform is not the data — it is the methodology. The interpretive framework that determines which signals matter, how they relate to each other, what they mean for a specific drug at a specific moment in its access journey, and how they should be translated into a message that moves access forward represents original intellectual work. That work reflects years of clinical practice, pharmacoeconomic training, health technology assessment experience, and market access strategy. It is what distinguishes intelligence from information, and it belongs to the creator of this platform.
